HOW IT ALL STARTED
Founded in 2012, EverGreen Custom Construction, Inc. delivers great, quality construction for both residential and commercial projects. After graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Building Science and Architecture, Chris spent most of the next decade working with one of the largest multi- family builders in the country, learning all aspects of the construction industry. At various times, Chris was responsible for review and design, estimating, buyout, control, scheduling, and cost control for projects throughout Georgia, Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, with budgets totaling more than $250,000,000. After moving to Knoxville, Chris founded EverGreen with the goal of delivering the best product at a competitive price. A proven track record of keeping projects on budget and on schedule attest to the EverGreen’s success.
